Dreadful service

I’ve had the new Olympus ‘flagship’ camera (E-M1) on order for a couple of weeks now – I didn’t, and do not, expect it to arrive soon.  What does REALLY annoy me is that when I ordered I used a code which entitled me to a free grip, but I now understand I’m also entitled to a four thirds converter as well, to let me use my superb 12-60mm lens on the camera. I’ve emailed Olympus twice already about this, and had absolutely no response. If you visit their web site, they do not even have a facility to cancel orders, unlike most companies I deal with (I am so annoyed that I’m not sure I want the camera any longer), and the only phone numbers they provide are in the USA (without any indication of when you can call from anywhere outside the USA).

Great cameras and lenses, but totally unacceptable customer service, and I won’t be buying any of their products (at least direct from them) again.
