One of the first poppies of the year

And, although I’ve never in the past been very keen on stir fried food, I decided yesterday and today to give it a try again. Two days running, because I had a lot of the necessary materials left after yesterday. Yesterday it was rather rubbery and tasteless, but today was much better, the main differences being that I used Quorn nuggets in place of Plant Chef meat free chunks, and I added more seasoning.
