I’m still looking into CAD and 3D printing, neither of which I have done before in the current century (though I did develop and use some in the last century!). My first VERY simple design was printed for me by a friend earlier in the week, and I’m now getting slightly more ambitious. I’ve already started making a list of a few simple things I need to design and print, but investing in a 3D printer is still something I have to think about, as I’m not sure that I can justify the expense (and find the money), given that it would not not all that much use, and I already have so many other things to do.

About Mike Hessey

I'm a BOF (Boring Old Fellow) and MOS (Miserable Old Soul) whose main interests are photography, cycling, walking and computers. Regrettably recent problems with my legs, back and heart have reduced the cycling and walking.
