Tiny tomatoes

They are cherry tomatoes, so you expect them to be small, but this year they are smaller than usual, not many of them and very few are showing signs of ripening. I planted them quite early, so they have had lots of time, but the cold weather and lack of sun have certainly neat it is a disappointing crop, not at all like last year. They are the usual variety, so it has to be down to the weather.
